Privacy & data

What we collect and why
- Your job description (pasted or uploaded) — to generate your rubric, job description, or interview prep. It’s briefly queued and sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to do the generation. We don’t keep the raw text after it’s processed.
- Uploaded files — parsed to text on the server and discarded immediately. We never store the file itself.
- The generated result — stored under a random ID so the page can load it, and cached in your browser. We automatically delete these results after 30 days; your browser keeps its own copy until you clear it.
- Waitlist signup — your email (required), and optionally a role/persona, a referral source, and a coarse country. We use it to tell you about early access and to gauge interest. Your email is the only personal data, and it’s never written to logs.
- Aggregate metrics — token cost, latency, signup counts, and optional cookieless visit analytics. No personal content.
- Payment card info, if you click a “Save” button — some pages have a beta pricing test (clearly labeled) that opens a real Stripe checkout page. Stripe collects your card details and billing email directly on its own page — never sent to or stored on our servers. Your card is only authorized, never charged: we cancel the authorization automatically within minutes, so no money ever moves and Stripe never even applies a processing fee. All we receive back from Stripe is a session ID and a payment-authorization ID, used solely to trigger that cancellation and to record that a click happened. - Your survey answers, if you fill out a discovery form— the “Save” button also links to a short, optional Google Form asking what you’d actually want from this product. Whatever you type there goes to Google, under your Google account if you’re signed in — that’s between you and Google’s own privacy policy, not something we control. We just read the responses to decide what to build.
What we don’t collect or do
- No accounts or passwords; no login required to use the tools.
- No ad trackers, no third-party ad networks, no cross-site tracking cookies.
- We don’t store your uploaded files, your IP address, or your browser user-agent.
- We don’t sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing.
- We don’t use your content to train AI models. (Our provider, Anthropic, does not train on API data by default.)
- We never see or store your card number or other payment details, and we never actually charge you — Stripe’s checkout page handles the card directly, and the beta pricing test only authorizes, then cancels, never captures.
- We email you only about what you asked for. Unsubscribe anytime.
Who processes your data
- Anthropic — AI generation (receives your job-description text).
- Cloudflare — queues, storage, database, analytics, hosting, and operational logs.
- Stripe— payment processing, only if you go through a “Save” button’s checkout page. Handles your card and billing email under its own privacy policy; we never receive or store those details ourselves, and the charge is never captured.
- Google— only if you click through to the optional discovery form linked from a “Save” button. Your answers live in Google Forms, under Google’s own privacy policy.
What we’re still fixing
- There’s no self-serve deletion yet — but email us and we’ll remove your data; both your email and any results are simple to delete.
