Interview Rubric Creator

Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Interview Rubric Creator (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Bakari Holmes (“we,” “us”).

2. Description of the Service

The Service uses AI to help generate interview rubrics, job descriptions, and interview preparation materials from text you provide. No account or login is required to use it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don’t have the right to submit.
  • Use the Service to generate content that discriminates against candidates on the basis of a legally protected characteristic.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to build a competing hosted or managed offering, consistent with the project’s software license.

4. AI-generated content — no warranty of accuracy or fitness for a specific use

Rubrics, job descriptions, and interview prep materials are generated by an AI model and may contain errors, omissions, or content that does not match your intent. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating any generated content before relying on it — including before using it to make or influence a hiring decision. The Service is a drafting aid, not a substitute for your own professional or legal judgment.

If you use generated content as part of an employment decision process, you are responsible for ensuring that use complies with applicable law in your jurisdiction and industry, including any laws governing automated or AI-assisted employment decision tools and discrimination. We make no representation that generated content satisfies any such requirement.

5. Intellectual property

  • You retain all rights to the text you submit (e.g., job descriptions).
  • You own the content generated for you and may use it for your own purposes, subject to these Terms.
  • The Service’s software is licensed under the Business Source License 1.1; using the hosted Service does not grant you rights to the underlying software beyond what that license permits. You will indemnify us from any third party claim brought from breach of these Terms.

6. Data & privacy

Our collection and use of data is described in the Privacy & data page, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers — currently Anthropic (AI generation), Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure), and Stripe (payment processing) — whose own terms and availability may affect the Service. You are responsible for your review and adherence to such third party terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service — including any hiring decision made using generated content. The total aggregate liability under these Terms is U.S. one hundred dollars.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. Because no account is required, there is nothing further to terminate on your side beyond simply no longer using the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You are responsible to check these Terms from time to time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware.
